October 10, 1966 Wanaque N.J. – Multiple Police officers including Sgt. Ben Thompson witnessed a huge flying saucer that flew low over the reservoir, and stirred up waves. The strange craft had a protrusion on one side, and emitted a blinding light that lit up the entire area. The UFO hovered, and moved around erratically at high speeds, making sharp turns and leaving a misty trail in its wake when it moved (case depicted in daytime for clarity).
