If you need ideas to build lighter weight products for space exploration it might require less group studies and more isolated playing with ideas. Most great inventions come from spontanious day dreams. Another thing might be heavy equipment is the only way as I see it. Many of the so called UFOs that land or have been logged in show tremendous weight to size ratio indicating they must have tremendous power plants within and or a method of flight that is indifferent to molecular construction.
