Dramatic Spanish UFO video a fake
A dramatic UFO video allegedly taken by a fishing boat off the Atlantic coast of Galicia in Spain received considerable attention on the web the last week of September. The video showed a disc-shaped UFO buzzing off one side of the ship and then plunging into the ocean as two Spanish Air Force fighter jets followed in hot pursuit. The implication was that the object was either shot down or hid in the ocean from the jets. The video posted by the Spanish site Terra and then reproduced in YouTube and elsewhere was highly dramatic, but was it real?
Our own digital experts at Open Minds quickly suspected a hoax, based on a slight delay in how the UFO plunged into the waters. Pepón Jover, the Spanish exopolitical activist who organized the recent Barcelona Summit quickly confirmed to us that the Terra UFO video was indeed a fake produced to celebrate the anniversary of Orson Welles’ famous “War of the Worlds” 1938 radio broadcast. The original Terra posting and the explanation of how it was done has now been removed by the source. It just goes to show you how careful you have to be with so-called “UFO evidence” in this digital age of special effects and instant communications.
Just before the “ufo” dives into the water, it releases two spheres wich shoot off towards theright of the screen, i had to watch it a couple of times and pause it before i could see them, also this footage was one of three that over two weeks came onto the net. One footage shows a four wheel drive vehicle drive onto a beach and 4 or 5 me dresses in white overals with hoods pulled up and face masks on putting a silver disc like object onto a shee of material then loading it into the back of the four wheel drive, observed by 6 or 7 members of the public either walking their dogs or jogging along the beach. The next footage shows a black heicopter flying along the coast with what looks like the other disc susspendd under it. Why would someone spends what would be thousands of pounds making theses three clips to celebrate the “79th”! aniversary of the war of the worlds, when it’s only been shown on the net, and what has Italy got in common with Orson Wells. I’m not saying the clips were real, all i’m saying is, why hoax it? Who gained from the hoax? what has Orson Wells or The war of the worlds got in common with Italy that someone would want to do this?
Paul, people spend thousands of dollars preparing for zombie apocalypse, you think people spending that much to make a viral video on the internet is that surprising?
Robert, Zombies are coming so you better prepare
