The Philip Corso Document

The Philip Corso Document

In 1998, William J. Birnes and Retired Army Colonel Philip J. Corso co-authored a book titled The Day After Roswell. In the book, the authors claim that while working in the Foreign Technology Division, one of Corso’s jobs was figuring out what to do with a package of material from a crashed extraterrestrial vehicle retrieved during the infamous Roswell incident. Corso claims he had distributed the material among contractors developing advanced technology for the army. Using the materials from Roswell, technology such as fiber optics, computer chips, and kevlar were developed, according to the book.

The notes Corso took over the years regarding extraterrestrial encounters were supposedly collected and published in Italy as “Dawn of a New Age.” Twelve years after its Italian release, Open Minds Production, with the cooperation of Corso’s family and researcher Maurizio Baiata, posted “Dawn of a New Age,” the Philip Corso Manuscript, for the first time in the U.S., in its original, uncut and unedited English-language version.
